Random: Inspiration

Some nights I have trouble sleeping. When I do, I write. I feel like my best thoughts are translated to written words when I can't turn my brain off... I decided to pair what I wrote with a video shot my by friend Bryon Summers. He is a brilliant videographer and photog, check out his blog here.  Enjoy, let me know what you think!

Everybody isn’t going to love you, everyone isn’t going to care and you won’t be able to make anyone respect you.

It’s impossible to force love if the heart isn’t open or aware. It’s not our place to judge or worry about things that have already been done. The past cannot be changed. Our past is the foundation for our future.

Live. Learn. Accept.

Some people will try and destroy you, a few people will be your safety net in the midst of attack…
Keep them close, love them genuinely.

Some people will try to belittle and embarrass you, hurt you and ruin your spirit
but keep in mind God takes us through trials to strengthen our resilience.

The world doesn’t have to think you’re beautiful for you to know you are…

A lot of people won’t fit your puzzle but it’s important that we accept those different from us for who they are and where they stand.

All intentions aren’t good but they aren’t all bad either.
We all march to a different drum and my rhythm may not match my neighbors but I’ll always share a smile and lend a hand at the end of the day.

We owe ourselves peace.

Our opposite may need a smile.
Everyone won’t be receptive, everybody doesn’t have to share your sentiments.

Be who you are. Shift your spirit when necessary.
This life is too beautiful and our days aren’t promised, they are given as a gift.
