Dirty Hair, My Best Hair x Updates

Update time, YES I know I owe you all some posts!

Let's get to it...

I tweeted the other day that my hair was FILTHY dirty. I haven't washed or even co-washed it in a week and I kinda have some product build up going on, YUCK! Unfortunately, I have no clue when I will have time to lay hands on my strands to give her some T.L.C. However, I feel that my hair is looking particularly awesome even though it's dirty. I haven't had to do much to it besides refresh with my Oyin Greg juice or water. When I have a lot of product already in my hair I try not to use excess products because then my strands will feel gross. Water helps activate those products already in my hair.


The photo above is a 3 day old twist out puff with bangs. I have been meaning to twist my puff for a twisted puff bun but when I say my time is SHORT, it's literally impossible for me to do my hair. I haven't even had time to re-twist my bangs, I preserve my definition at night by banding them. School is kicking my butt, help! Does anyone else seem to have their best hair days when your strands are dirty? I can't be the only one.

NEXT UP...

As you all know TGHBPSC is over in a week and I am sad to say that I have been slacking with my PSs. Even though I am wearing a low maintenance style and I've learned to keep my hands out of my hair (slowly but surely), I feel like my ends need to be tucked. I am down to wearing PSs 0-2 times a week versus my 4-5 times a week *sigh.* It has been a fun 3 months though and I know a lot of the ladies are wrapping up the PS challenge. I will be making a video soon on the end of the challenge and my new hair color! I know that a lot of people have questions and want to see my color "live" so that will be happening soon, hopefully this week!

In other news, Thanksgiving is THURSDAY! Who is counting down?! I am.
