I can't live without Organic Root Stimulator Carrot Oil! I've used it on my hair for 10 years, I first used it in high school when I lost all of my hair from chemo and I fell in love. It smells amazing and can double as a deep condition or styling product. Best of all it makes my hair feel like BUTTER!

That's a toughie! There's actually three products and I cant live without: Alikay Naturals shea yougurt moisturizer, Mixed Chicks deep conditioner and castor oil. If I had to choose from these three it would be the Mixed Chicks deep conditioner - I feel the difference as soon as I rub it on.

Right now I can't live w/o my As I Am Coconut CoWash and Grapeseed Oil. I use the Grapeseed oil on my hair, face and skin and it's AWESOME! The As I Am thoroughly cleanses my hair w/o stripping it, but I confess that I am giving Nubian Heritage Indian Hemp & Tamanu Strengthen & Grow Moisturizing Co-Wash a try this coming weekend...we'll see how that goes. *fingers crossed*

I do not have any brands that I follow I try my best to use natural ingredients make my own DIY hair products! Of all I cannot do without Coconut oil! As a result of being a student I find it hard to get hold of all the "natural girl 'must haves.'" So I visit my local Asian store, here in the UK, gather some fair priced bottles of Coconut oil. It's texture is great cause I use it in solid or liquid form and it's super penetrating as I have low porosity hair!

Other than water..the one product that I would have to have without a doubt is my lovely Haitian Castor Oil. Since I could remember, my mother has used HCO on my hair and after returning to my natural roots journey, I can see why. When I say that that oil brings loves the life back into curls, it's like my hair has a bouncing spirit every time lol. Plus it's great for the skin..yes my Haitian Castor Oil is my 2-in-1 lol.

I can not live without Cantu Shea Butter Leave In Conditioner after cowashing my hair I put that on my hair. So far its only leave in which agrees with my two textured hair (relaxed and afro texture) its makes my hair smell so good and soft to manage. I use it to moisture and retwist my hair when its dry. I am transitioning from relaxed to natural and this is my 3rd month. I get confident showing Cassandra Beccai on youtube and I am hoping to try out Marley Twist soon as a protective style. As a full-time college student trying to properly manage my finances, I've had to learn the importance of being very resourceful with the products that I use, and choose to purchase.

I struggled with my hair during college and then the summer before my senior year , i cut off all my relaxed ends to a twa. As my hair grew it was was coarse and brittle and i couldnt figure out why.
